PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lower structure in which a particulate filter has an exhaust pipe structure capable of maintaining the temperature for burning and removing particulate. SOLUTION: In the vehicular lower structure, a sub frame extending in the vehicle width direction is arranged on the rear side in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle of an engine with a crankshaft being mounted in the vehicle width direction; an engine mount device and a steering gear box are arranged on an upper surface part of the sub frame; the exhaust pipe passes over the sub frame and extends backward of the vehicle; and a particulate filter is arranged on the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A recess extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is formed in the upper surface part of the sub frame, the exhaust pipe extends along the recess, the reinforcing member across and above the exhaust pipe is mounted on the upper surface part of the sub frame, and the reinforcing member is connected to the upper surface part of the sub frame via a steering gear box or an engine mount device.
