Disclosed is a halogen incandescent lamp comprising an elongate bulb (2) made of light-permeable material, a bulb filling containing inert gas and halogen-containing additive, a luminescent member (6) that extends within the bulb (2), at least one holder on which the luminescent member (6) is mounted inside the bulb (2), and a power supply system which is connected to the luminescent member (6). The holder for the luminescent member (6) is provided with at least one fastening clip (15) over which the luminescent member (6) is guided and which is attached inside at least one web (9) that is made of the material of the bulb (2) and extends through the bulb (2).
