<p>Apparatus for controlling the value of the electro-erosion gap during electro-erosion machining of the known type comprises a comparator assembly for comparing the potential applied to the gap with a reference potential, an amplifier for the potential signals derived from the comparator assembly, and a servo-mechanism, incorporating the improvement whereby the comparator assembly consists of two elements, one comparing the potential applied to the electro-erosion gap with the linearly increasing potential rom a reference potential source and the other comparing the applied potential with a linearly decreasing potential from the same reference source.</p> |
