A content divided position judging device (10) has a repeated signal section group detecting portion (1) for detecting a group of repeated signal sections which are the sections the signals of which are similar to one another as a repeated signal section group from one or more contents and outputting information for identifying each of the repeated signal sections included in the repeated signal section group as repeated signal section group information, a before and after section describing feature amount extracting portion (2) for extracting a before and after section describing feature amount which is the amount of a feature for describing each of the before and after sections to each of the repeated signal sections identified by the repeated signal section group information from the contents, and a before and after section describing feature amount analyzing portion (3) for calculating the degree of the reliability of the divided position indicating certainty that each of the repeated signal sections of the repeated signal section group is the divided position by using the before and after section describing feature amount.
