FIELD: technological processes; mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains movable bushing knife, pusher of axial head and system of radial pressing of bar. The latter consists of fixed bottom pressing, top pressing that moves in vertical direction and rotary device of bar, which is arranged in the form of two synchronously rotating semi-bushings with coaxial streams, which correspond to half of section of cut bar shaped section, and with support transverse triangular bulges installed in semi-bushings with pitch equal to pitch of bar feed. ^ EFFECT: expansion of technological resources of structure and higher quality of cut stocks with expansion of their assortment. ^ 3 dwg |
