An information processing device, an information processing system, a program, a gateway card, a gateway device and a gateway control program are provided to improve the performance by parallel executing the access process of a data storage and communication process of information due to memorizing information communicated with a data memory. A transfer unit(517) is installed in a personal computer unit(520) and between a gateway card(510) and a public HDD(540). If a CPU is executed in a power saving mode under a operation condition of the personal computer unit, a CPU(515a) combines the transfer unit with the gateway card and the public HDD. A cache memory(515f) caches data communicated between the gateway card and the personal computer unit.
