<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card capable of responding to various ticket kinds and various security requests, and to provide an issuing machine and a use terminal for the IC card. <P>SOLUTION: This IC card uses a memory comprising a system area and a data area as a storage element. The system area is provided with: a serial number area storing only one peculiar serial number; a data memory lock area writing information for making the prescribed data area unrewritable; and a one-time counter area allowing rewriting only once. The data area is provided with an unrewritable plaintext area, a check code area for the unrewritable area, a signature area for the unrewritable area, a rewritable plaintext area, a check code for the rewritable area, and a signature area for the rewritable area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
