METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin vessel capable of forming a deep fitting part in a molded vessel by using a stretched resin sheet and also capable of molding without losing transparency and heat resistance of the resin sheet.

SOLUTION: A fitting molding space between a concave die 6 and a convex die 7 are set forth in the same or higher thickness of a stretched resin sheet material A. The resin sheet material A is introduced into a heated space between the concave die 6 and the convex die 7 so as to press-mold a lid vessel 3 under impacting the resin sheet material A into the concave die 6 by a plug 9 of the convex die 7, whereupon a part of the resin sheet material A corresponding to a curving form of the lid vessel 3 is pressed to the concave die 6 by pressurized air given from an air hole 11 of the convex die 7 and at the same time it is sucked by a vacuum hole 12 of the concave die 6 so as to mold a curving shape.
