<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis base assembly and a display device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes a panel assembly, a chassis base combined with the panel assembly, a circuit board which is combined with the chassis base and a plurality of circuit elements are mounted and a shielded case which covers the space on the circuit board where the circuit elements are arranged and the space between the chassis base and the circuit board.
