<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare medicines of nucleic acid preparations, because genetic diseases are not cured without using the nucleic acid preparations as the therapeutic agent. <P>SOLUTION: Inventors thought that diseases of unexplained origin in which the treatment is unknown are deeply concerned in hormones. Therefore, the treatment must be carried out by preparing a nucleic acid preparation. It is required that the treatment of genetic diseases is carried out by using a nucleic acid.
