摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuation of the performance of each photoelectric conversion element or battery cell to be manufactured, and to provide an organic thin film photoelectric conversion element and an organic thin film solar cell whose photoelectric conversion efficiency is high. <P>SOLUTION: An organic thin film photoelectric conversion element 10 is configured of a porous layer 12 of oxide particles 16 of n type oxide semiconductor materials having an electron acceptor 20 for conducting electrons and a p type organic semiconductor layer 14 having electron donor for transporting a hole as primary configuring elements. The surface of each of the oxide particles 16 is coated with an insulating thin film 18, and an organic electron acceptor is carried on the surface. Also, the electron donor configuring the p type organic semiconductor layer 14 is impregnated in a hole section 22 of the porous layer 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
