<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefaction apparatus that recovers an oil component having a certain composition and stable qualities in a high recovery ratio without causing bad conditions following admixture of solid dust and occurrence of nitrogen oxides and liquefaction apparatus that forcedly cools the inside of a pyrolysis furnace and recovers residue in a dry state without deteriorating qualities and reuses the residue. <P>SOLUTION: The liquefaction apparatus 1 is equipped with a thermal decomposition apparatus 4 that directly brings a polymer-based waste 3 into contact with an oxygen-free gas heated by a heat exchanger 2 in the pyrolysis furnace 7 heated from outside by an outside heating means 8 and thermally decomposes the waste in an oxygen-free state to generate a thermal decomposition gas or a thermal decomposition apparatus 4 equipped with cooling apparatuses 10 and 12 to which a mixture 9 of water and steam, then a steam 11 is supplied and cooled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
