<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker using a visible light display part (display LED) 27 for allowing a user to recognize the position of an infrared entering region 24 and to surely carry out temperature control of a heating object 20 by an infrared sensor 26, and capable of extending the service life of the visible light display part 27. <P>SOLUTION: This induction heating cooker includes: the infrared sensor 26 detecting an infrared ray emitted from the heating object 20 through the infrared entering region 24 formed on a top plate 2; a control part 29 controlling induction heating by a heating coil 21 based on the output of the infrared sensor 26; the visible light display part 27 arranged to allow a light emitting state to be viewed in the vicinity of the infrared entering region 24, and allowing a user to recognize the position of the infrared entering region 24 and to cover the infrared entering region 24 with the heating object 20; and a temperature sensor 30 arranged in the vicinity of the visible light display part 27.
