PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device that can suppress a voltage amplitude of a data line, using a relatively simple configuration, and to provide a drive circuit for the electro-optical device and electrical equipment. SOLUTION: A pixel 110 includes a TFT, a pixel capacitor and a storage capacitor. One end of the storage capacitor is connected to one end of the pixel capacitor, while the other end of the storage capacitor is connected to a capacitance line 132. Each capacitance line 132 is provided with a set of TFTs 152, 154, 156, 158. The gate electrode of the TFT 152 is connected to a gate control line 167, while the source electrode is connected to an on-voltage feeder line 161; the gate electrode of the TFT 154 is connected to a scanning line 112, while the source electrode is connected to an off-voltage feeder line 162; and a common drain electrode of the TFTs 152, 154 is connected to the gate electrode of the TFT 158. The gate electrode of the TFT 156 is connected to the scanning line 112, while the source electrode is connected to a first feeder line 165; the source electrode of the TFT 158 is connected to a second feeder line 166; and a common drain electrode of the TFTs 156, 158 is connected to the capacitance line 132.
