PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean up foreign matters deposited on the inner face of a discharge passage by automatically moving an operation member forward and backward. SOLUTION: A body 1 and a cover 2 form a valve casing. An inlet 5, a valve chest 4 and an outlet 7 are formed in the valve casing. A valve seat member 9 is mounted in the lower part of the valve chest 4. The discharge passage 8 is formed in the valve seat member 9 for communicating the valve chest 4 with the side of the outlet 7. A float 11 to be seated on/off the valve seat member 9 to open/close the discharge passage 8 is arranged in the valve chest 4. The operation member 16 is arranged in the discharge passage 8 movably forward and backward. A pressure chamber 14 is formed in the back face of a piston 15 by connecting the piston 15 to the operation member 16. A communication passage 18 is formed in the upper part of the valve chest 4 for communicating the valve chest 4 with the pressure chamber 14. A temperature responsive member 25 is arranged on the upper part of the valve chest 4 for opening the communication passage 18 at a lower temperature and closing it at a high temperature. The communication passage 18 is opened/closed with the temperature responsive member 25 to drive the piston 15 so that the operation member 16 is moved forward at a low temperature and backward at a high temperature.
