PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide bearing device capable of suppressing insufficient supply of lubricant into a slider, when used with the slider mounted in a horizontal attitude. SOLUTION: When using the linear motion guide bearing device with the slider in the horizontal attitude, an oil supply groove 15 on the lower side, out of two oil supply grooves 15, 16 formed in the back face of an end cap 4, is blocked by an oil supply groove blocking member 21 fitted to the oil supply groove 15 to prevent the lubricant supplied into an oil supply hole 14 of the end cap 4 from flowing into the oil supply groove 15.
