PAPER POST-PROCESSING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post-processing device having a constitution that an occupying space of a conveying route is reduced and cost is reduced in inversion processing of a front page (or insert paper) for saddle stitching and side stitching. SOLUTION: The paper post-processing device has a saddle stitching stacker for stacking the paper sheets received from the image forming device; and the side stitching stacker; staplers auxiliarily provided on the saddle stitching stacker and the side stitching stacker respectively; and a sheet inserter for inserting a cover sheet or a sorting sheet to the stacked bundle of the paper sheets. The paper post-processing device has a conveying route for performing inversion processing in the process in which the cover sheet is conveyed to the saddle stitching stacker and conveying it to the side stitching stacker by a by-pass route.
