PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rim having wings compensating flaring and a bicycle wheel equipped with a tubeless tire with improved braking efficiency and airtightness by the rim. SOLUTION: The rim comprises a pair of wings 7, 8 connected by at least one bridge 6.
