PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable wiper motor. SOLUTION: A speed reducing gear 14 provided between a motor part 11 and a link mechanism 12 is formed into a fan-shape (a fan-shape not obstructing meshing) corresponding to reciprocating turning of a predetermined angle based on normal and reverse rotation of the motor part 11 (rotary shaft 13), and is arranged so that an entire output shaft 10a is inside an outer perimeter C of the deceleration gear 14 and within a non-actuation range A2 when axially seen.
