PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door trim with a pull handle equipped in an arm rest which is capable of enhancing the side impact absorbing function in the arm rest and the assembly work efficiency of the pull handle, and enhancing the appearance. SOLUTION: A finisher 30 and a pull handle 40 are separately constituted. When the pull handle 40 and a bracket 50 constituted of a substantially flat metal plate body are fixed to predetermined positions of an inner surface of a door trim body 20, the bracket 50 is fixed to a door panel 60 in a cantilever manner at the offset position different from the installation area of the pull handle 40. Thus, the impact absorbing function during the side impact is enhanced, and the assembling work can be simplified by separately constituting the finisher 30 and the pull handle 40.
