PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance work or the like with respect to appliances arranged close to a grill. SOLUTION: In a grill mounting structure of a working vehicle which keeping a grill 15 for ventilation detachably erected in one longitudinal end of a vehicle body, an engagement hole 38 is formed in one of the lower end of the grill 15 and a supporting member 31 on which the grill 15 is erected. An engaging projection 39 engageable with and disengageable from the engagement hole 38 is provided to the other and equipped with a tilt allowance part 68 allowing the tilt to a vehicle longitudinal direction of the grill 15 in an engagement state with the engagement hole 38 and a locking part 69 preventing the grill 15 from slipping out of the engagement hole 38 in the engaging projection 39 in a tilt attitude thereof.
