PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving/rotating mixer of simple structure performing desired revolution and rotation movement by a single drive source. SOLUTION: The revolving/rotating mixer is provided with a revolution vessel 1 constituting an outer member of a container BX of inner/outer double structure; an agitation vessel 2 rotatably disposed inside the revolution vessel 1; a rotation body 3 rockably pivoting and revolving the revolution vessel 1; a drive part 4 rotating the rotation body 3; and a pressing part 5 rotating the agitation vessel 2 in the revolution vessel 1 in contact with the agitation vessel 2.
