PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompression steam-heating apparatus which is capable of uniformly controlling the whole degree of superheat of steam supplied to a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 3 is connected to the jacket part 11 of a reaction kettle 1. A steam pressure control valve 7 and a vapor-liquid separator 4 are fitted to the steam supply pipe 3. A suction means 2 is formed by an ejector 14, a tank 5, a circulation pump 15 and a circulation passage 16. A cooling water supply pipe 6 are fitted by branching the circulation passage 16 of the suction means 2. The cooling water supply pipe 6 and the steam supply pipe 3 are joined at the mixing part 4. The temperature is reduced to a predetermined temperature by causing the superheated steam supplied from the steam supply pipe 3 and the cooling water supplied from the cooling water supply pipe 6 to impinge and mix at the mixing part 4.
