When viewing/listening to a video and an audio via a terminal device 1 having a monitor 7, a broadcast content D1 broadcast via an electric wave is received by a broadcast content reception section 6 which can be detachably attached to the terminal device 1 and a network content D4 distributed by the IP network is acquired. In browser software 14a, the broadcast content D1 is synthesized with the network content D4 and outputted. Thus, without requiring a special cable television broadcast network, it is possible to receive various services by a combination of a television broadcast and Internet information in a terminal device such as an existing computer.
