<p>In combination with a plastic film bag having a resealable closure and seal mechanism near the open end, an improvement for venting trapped air is an added vent slit. At least one slit aperture is cut laterally entirely through one side of the closure mechanism adjacent a corner proximal the open end. Also, indicia indicating where to fold for venting are optionally disposed proximal the slit aperture.</p> |
