A method for offering a job or seeking a job by using a mobile device is provided to provide information about offering a job to a recruiter by using the mobile terminal and allow the recruiter to apply a resume for entering a company. A user connects a system for offering a job or seeking a job through a mobile terminal. The form of offering a job or seeking a job service is selected. In case the service for seeking a job is selected, a region is selected as a search condition. A list for seeking a job is searched and selected. A resume of a job hunter is transmitted by pressing a key of transmitting the resume of the job hunter in case that the condition is identical with information about offering a job. A confirmation window about transmitting the resume is outputted after transmitting the resume. A program for offering a job or seeking a job is installed on the mobile terminal.
