An automatic device for processing curved surface of an outer plate of a hull is provided to manufacture processed iron plate having high precision by maintaining the distance of a heater and the steel plate in processing. The automatic device for processing curved surface of an outer plate of a hull is comprised of a heater(110) for heating up the processed iron plate(100), a cooling means(120) for jetting refrigerant on the heated iron plate surface and cooling, a distance maintenance device(130) for maintaining for the heater and processed iron plate to the constant interval, a measure(140) for measuring shape and processed information of the processed iron plate surface, a Z-axis driving part(150) for driving the heater, the cooling means, and distance maintenance device into the Z-axis direction, an X-axis driving part(160) combined with the Z-axis driving part for driving into the X-axis direction, a Y-axis driving part(170) for driving into the Y-axis direction which is combined with the X-axis and the Y-axis, and a controller.
