<p>Bobbin has a cylindrical tube with a flange at one end. The tube has a collar at one end on which a rigid removable flange is supported. Preferably the tube is of cardboard. The collar is a ferruled part of the tube. The flange is annular, of i.d. equal to the o.d. of the tube, to rest on the whole periphery of the collar; it is of moulded plastics.</p> |
