<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which excels in sensitivity to a light source having a wavelength of 350-430 nm and adhesion, has good contrast and storage stability, and can be developed with an alkaline aqueous solution. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises: (a) 20-90 mass% of a thermoplastic copolymer containing an α,β-unsaturated carboxyl group-containing monomer as a copolymerized component and having an acid equivalent of 100-600 and a weight average molecular weight of 20,000-500,000; (b) 5-75 mass% of an addition polymerizable monomer having at least one terminal ethylenically unsaturated group; (c) 0.01-20 mass% of a photopolymerization initiator containing an acridine derivative; (d) 0.01-5 mass% of a specific mercaptothiadiazole compound; and (e) 0.01-5 mass% of a leuco dye. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
