<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing capable of reducing an impulsive force which acts on a component, and a mounting machine using the bearing. <P>SOLUTION: Since gas 29 is supplied via a first gas supply port 25 to an airproof area 30 formed between the outer periphery of a rotating shaft 11 and the inner periphery of an exterior casing 10 for airproof and the gas 29 is supplied from the airproof area 30 via second gas supply ports 27a to 27d formed at the rotating shaft 11 to a clearance 23 for a hydrostatic bearing between the inner periphery surface of the rotating shaft 11 and outer periphery surfaces of an upper and lower shaft 12, a friction coefficient between the rotational shaft 11 and the upper and lower shaft 12 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
