<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the communication of the other device is obstructed when a band (channel) is easily extended, and a device belonging to the same network cannot perform communication due to band extension. <P>SOLUTION: When performing communication using a plurality of channels, the other network is searched, the communication using the plurality of channels is requested to the other communication device of the network on the basis of a searched result, and the communication using the plurality of channels is performed on the basis of a response to the request.
