PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding-rotatable mounting unit which can process a female thread boss having sufficient thickness and height even if a thinner plate cam or base plate is used. SOLUTION: The sliding-rotatable mounting unit is used for mounting a movable case while sliding and rotating it in a state where at least a part is superimposed on a holding base. On the holding base in a surface where the holding base opposes the movable case, the mounting unit is provided with a base plate to be mounted with screws, and a plate cam attached on the movable case by screws and mounted so as to horizontally rotate by 90 degrees by cam control while vertically sliding at a predetermined quantity for the base plate.
