PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding device which can increase the temperature of an insert component to be fitted to a blow molding die and ensure its secure welding to a resin molded object. SOLUTION: This blow molding device has a constituent molding die with a mounting contrivance 10 for setting a fuel cap to the cavity surface. The mounting contrivance 10 has an anchored air cylinder 13 which drives an air feed needle 14 to move forward/backward. In addition, a cylindrical fixture B16 is arranged outside a fixture A15 and interlocked to a plate 11, at the base of which heating materials 17 and 17 which generate heat by energization, are cast and wound in a ring shape. Further, the fuel cap is set in a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the fixture A15 and the inner peripheral surface of the fixture B16, and thermally insulated and heated through the fixture B16 by energizing the heating material 17.
