PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven bending endoscope capable of reducing exhaust of a right hand when gripping an insertion part, improving recognition in the vertical direction when inserting the insertion part, and improving operability of operation. SOLUTION: The motor-driven bending endoscope is provided with: a removal restriction means 72 for restricting removal of a trackball 45 from a trackball mounting part 70 and an operation part engaging means 71 which detachably engages an attachment/detachment part 63 with an operation part attachment part 30 in coupling between the operation part attachment part 30 and the attachment/detachment part 63 when an operation part unit 12 is attached to the operation part attachment part 30.
