PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pan/tilt mechanism of a view finder in which an adjustable range of an inclination angle of a display surface of a view finder is fixed irrespective of a tilt position of the view finder and whose operability is excellent. SOLUTION: The pan/tilt mechanism 20 which adjusts a display position of the view finder 30 of a video camera has a pan rotation base 42 which rotates in the pan direction centering around a pan rotational axis 41 provided at a fixed base 40 attached at a rear part of an upper part of a camera main body 3, the pan rotation base 42 is provided with an arm member 50a for support in which a first tilt rotational axis 45a for rotating the view finder 30 in the vertical direction along a circular arc locus and a second tilt rotational axis 60a for adjusting the inclination angle of the display surface of the view finder 30 are provided, and a tilt rotation regulation mechanism 70 which makes a movable range of the tilt direction of the view finder 30 constant irrespective of the tilt position of the arm member 50a for support in adjustment of the inclination angle of the display surface of the view finder 30 by the second tilt rotational axis 60a.
