PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a turbidity/color meter which has an optics structure as a part for detecting a turbidity value and a color value, and has a compensating means for variations in light intensity of a lamp. SOLUTION: The turbidity/color meter is provided with: a light irradiation means for irradiating a measurement liquid with light, which is prepared in a transparent vessel and contains particulate; a first photodetector for measuring a turbidity-related intensity of light passing through the measurement liquid; a second photodetector for measuring turbidity-related intensity of light scattered by the particulate; and a third photodetector for measuring color-related intensity of the light passing through the measurement liquid. The turbidity/color meter is characterized by further being provided with a means for compensating error due to variations in a light source power-supply voltage, which compensates the error of a detection signal of the third photodetector, due to the variations in a power-supply voltage of a light source, from a first ratio in the time when the first ratio and a second ratio vary at the same rate, wherein the first ratio is obtained by a dividing detected light intensity of the first photodetector at a measurement timing by detected light intensity of the first photodetector at a prescribed preceding timing, and the second ratio is obtained by a dividing detected light intensity of the second photodetector at the measurement timing by a detected light intensity of the second photodetector at the prescribed preceding timing.
