PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate a radial runout by finding a data not necessary for evaluating the radial runout out of a measured data, and by correcting it. SOLUTION: This method of preparing a radial runout evaluation data for evaluating the radial runout in a tread part of a tire includes a step for acquiring an original data wherein numeric value data measured in respective scanning positions are arrayed by a tire one cycle sequentially according to the order of the scanned positions, by scanning a surface of the tread part along a circumferential direction at a constant sampling period, using a noncontact type displacement gage, and a noise determination step for determining whether each numeric value data of the original data is a noise or not as to all the numeric value data, and the noise determination step includes a stage for determining the numeric value data d(i) as the noise, when a difference between the numeric value data d(i) of a determination object and a median of a plurality of numeric value groups arrayed around the numeric value data d(i) as the center in the original data is larger than a predetermined value.
