PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser capable of improving endurance reliability of an integrated inner internally inserted and supported by a liquid tank while securing easiness in manufacturing the liquid tank disposed with the condenser, and easiness in assembling. SOLUTION: In this condenser 1 where a pair of header pipes 2, 3 are communicated and connected by a plurality of cooling pipes 4, and the liquid tank 7 is disposed in the header pipe 3 of the pair of header pipes 2, 3, the liquid tank 7 comprises a main tank 71 integrally fixed to the header pipe 3, a sub-tank 72 assembled and fixed to the main tank 71, and the integrated inner 73 disposed in both tanks 71, 72 and eliminating moisture and foreign matters from a refrigerant, and the integrated inner 73 is fixed to a position of a tank shaft center L separating from inner faces of the tanks by being held and supported at its upper and lower portions from the tank axial direction by assembling the sub-tank 72 to the main tank 71.
