PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating system capable of comfortably and uniformly heating a room on a floor with high cost advantage in the floor heating system heating the floor by utilizing the heat of hot air distributed into an underfloor spacial portion. SOLUTION: In this floor heating system heating the floor 5 by utilizing the heat of hot air distributed into the underfloor spacial portion 3, a carbon graphite sheet 10 is laid on the floor 2 on the underfloor spacial portion 3, and the heat of the underfloor spacial portion 3 is transferred onto the floor 6 through the carbon graphite sheet 10. Further a heat storage portion 9 storing the heat of the distributed hot air is disposed in the underfloor spacial portion 3, and the heat stored in the heat storage portion 9 is transferred onto the floor 6 through the carbon graphite sheet 10.
