PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad grip having a structure capable of realizing a high retaining effect to a support which can be formed by a conventional working process or working means. SOLUTION: The pad clip 40 is disposed in a torque receiving section 12 to which a brake pad 30 disposed in a disc brake device is abutted, for holding the brake pad 30 and supporting the brake pad 30 slidably in an axial direction of a rotor. The pad clip 40 is provided with a U-shape section 48 for clipping a protrusion section 12b formed on the torque receiving section 12, and a spring piece 46a expansion-urged to a first recess section 12a formed in the torque receiving section 12.
