PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration pipe and a method for regenerating a pipeline, in which a pipe member is easily connected to each other at the end faces. SOLUTION: The regeneration pipe 10 contains the pipe member 12 and a regulator 14. The pipe member 12 is formed in a diameter reducing shape having a recess extending axially toward the outside face. The regulator 14 has a projection shaped along the recess of the pipe member 12, is mounted to near the end faces 16 of the pipe member 12, and retains the diameter reducing shape of the end faces 16 of the pipe member 12. When an existing pipe is regenerated using the regeneration pipe 10, the end face 16 of the preceding pipe member 12 is connected to the end face 16 of the succeeding pipe member 12, being mounted by the regulator 14. Thus, the regulator to retain the end face shape of the pipe member is installed in the pipe member so that the pipe member can be easily connected to each other at the end faces.
