PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for making a vehicle model appear from a cup without being noticed by people around. SOLUTION: Sound generation from wheels 10a and 10b is prevented by members 2 and 3 which are brought into contact with the wheels to restrain the turning of the wheels 10a and 10b of the vehicle model 9. A member 4 projecting upward is attached in the rear of the vehicle model 9 so that the vehicle model 9 can be easily held and the sound generated when the vehicle model 9 is brought into contact with the cup 12 can be prevented. Further, the vehicle model 9 can be run because the members 2 and 3 to be in contact with the wheels 10a and 10b of the vehicle model 9 can be displaced between positions in contact with the wheel 10a and 10b to restrain the turning and positions separate from the wheels 10a and 10b to release the restraint of turning.
