<p>A rotary elevator, includes a rail group (10), a cage (20) and a main driver (30), the rail group (10) comprises a number of thread rails (11) which are installed on a hoistway along at lease a thread route, the cage is surrounded by the inner circumferences of the thread rails and can be raised or lowered along the hoistway, the main driver (30) includes a power unit (40) and a rotary unit (50), the power unit (40) is provided on the cage, the rotary unit (50) includes a rotary base (51) connected with the power unit, and a thread guider (52) provided on the outer periphery of the rotary base, which is used to move along the thread route formed according to these thread rails. Thus, the invention provides an elevator having good safety performance.</p> |
