A multifunction guard lamp capable of checking disabled lamp, preventing crime, and warning against criminal including a camera connected to a web server is provided to deliver a signal to a criminal in a guard government office by monitoring space adjacent to a guard lamp on a real time. A multifunction guard lamp capable of checking disabled lamp, preventing crime, and warning against criminal comprises the followings: a web server(7) integrated CCD camera setting up in a lamp; a codec which is transmitted a digital voice signal from the web server, and which converts into an analog audio signal; an OP amp(49) amplifying the analog signal outputted from the codec; and a speaker(51) emitting an amplified voice to a guard lamp surrounding.
