FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing combined detachable prosthesis, containing artificial teeth, plastic hard basis, soft amortising basis from silicon and one-piece metal framework, on whose internal surface retentional coating, providing connection of one-piece metal framework with other parts of prosthesis, is applied, including modeling of prosthesis on model with application of occluder or articulator. Wax walls of prosthesis are modeled thinner, if possible, it is formed into flask in direct way on prosthesis boundaries, wax composition is removed, prosthesis bed is covered with oil, boundaries of future one-piece metal framework are outlined, clasp wax is heated, put onto flask, formed in flask on internal surface of prosthesis bed, teeth are released from wax, excess of wax is cut off, casting partitions are pasted in and retentional coating is applied inside framework, wax composition is removed, metal framework is cast, casting partitions are removed in cast framework, further framework is finished, polished or covered with titanium nitrite, gilding or ceramics of red-pink colour, then placed back into flask basis into its initial bed, after that plastic parts of prosthesis, consisting of hard basis plastic and soft silicon basis, are formed and polymerised under pressure. ^ EFFECT: elimination of possibility of breaking and increase of service term. ^ 28 dwg |
