Image printing system

An image printing apparatus for printing out photographic images from a device such as a digital camera has a main body (121) and a monitor part (122). A printing device is provided within the main body. The monitor part (122) is located at an upper side of the main body and displays the image. The monitor part has height adjustment means and/or means to enable it to be tilted. Inlet ports (125, 126, 127, 128, 129) are provided in the main body (121) for receiving various types of recording media. There is also an outlet port (131) for outputting a printed article. The inlet and outlet ports are provided with respective covers (C) arranged to be automatically opened and closed in response to the operation of the apparatus.
