A method for manufacturing medicinal solid herb soap composition is provided to obtain soap with a superior atopic dermatitis, a removal effect of keratin as well as pimple prevention and medical treatment. A medicinal solid herb soap is manufactured by adding wildrice, chrysanthemum morifolium and trifoliate orange tree, a nature Chinese medicine component which does not cause contact dermatitis, which is not synthetic chemical substance, to a normal base.
