A method for manufacturing a multi-coloured melamine container comprises the steps of making a plurality of inner 1 and outer layer 3 forming moulds wherein the male inner layer forming moulds will have a middle protruding portion such that the inner layers will each have a through hole 2 after an extrusion forming process. The inner-layers 1 are then formed from a number of descending loops, each formed in a series of moulds, where the loops are built up in a series of coloured loops to form the inner layer with a central though hole 2. The outer layer 3 is then formed on the base of the inner layer by again forming a series of descending coloured loops using a plurality of moulds until the though hole is closed and sealed. |
