SOLDER BALL PRINTER

摘要

A solder ball printer including a flux printing part, a solder ball charge printing part, and an inspection repair part is provided to improve productivity by processing a flux bad printing early. A solder ball printer comprises the followings: a flux printing part printing a flux on an electrode pad of a substrate(21); a solder ball charge printing part supplying a solder ball on an electrode in which the flux is printed; an inspection repair part performing repair according to a failure state, and inspecting a print condition of the solder ball; and a camera(15) for inspecting observing a state of a screen(20) opening of the printing part after printing.
