An usage management method of a sports facility for managing the non-transferable data storage medium is provided to prevent overuse the non-transferable data storage media for using the sports facility. Data storage medium(6) is close to the surface of a sports facility of a user and read out by an antenna(3',8) mounted on ground. After comparing by management data read out from the ground adjacent data storage medium by a program logic, a usage ticket and the management data is read out from the ground adjacent data storage medium through the antenna. If it is not identical with the data, an entrance(1) is blocked.
